For refunds related to online payments done to book appointments/services of a mental health professional through Clinny, contact us directly at +91-8879005415 or reach out to the professional within 7 days of the date of appointment/service. We will resolve the request within 5 business days and refund an amount as agreed upon by all parties.

In case of cancellations before the scheduled date of any appointment or service, refunds will be done according to the policy set by each professional. Please check the information section on the appointment booking page of any professional before booking your service.
